PILATES-BASED PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS focus on developing core strength, flexibility and improved lung capacity in order to tone, strengthen and improve posture. Private sessions are geared to the client’s specific needs and concerns and can be used to address chronic back and joint pains, pre- and post-natal strengthening, sciatica, scoliosis, and other physical imbalances. These sessions are also great for athletes in training and for those looking to get into shape while avoiding injury.

THAI YOGA BODYWORK (Nuad Bo-Rarn) is an ancient healing art with origins in Ayurvedic yoga, Chinese medicine and Buddhist meditation. It combines passive stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, soft tissue manipulation and energy meridian work to reduce stress and create balance throughout the body. Thai yoga is performed in comfortable clothing, barefoot, on a floor mat and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. Increase your range of motion and muscular strength, release constricted organs and muscles, and reduce stress while laying on your back! |
