Exit at Nostrand Ave, walk South on Nostrand with traffic and cross Atlantic Ave. The second right after Atlantic is Dean St; walk one block, cross Bedford and #1102 will be soon on the left hand side. |

Exit at Franklin Ave, walk South on Franklin with traffic and cross Atlantic Ave. The second left after Atlantic is Dean. |

Take the S shuttle (with easy connection to the  &  at Prospect Park) to Park Place, exit towards Prospect Place, turn right out of the station, and make your first left onto Franklin; the third right off Franklin is Dean St. |
