Force and Flow Integrated Bodywork brings together Ophra Wolf's extensive experience as a professional dancer, pilates instructor and thai bodyworker, along with years of training in various physical modalities, including yoga, Feldenchris, tai chi, capoeira, and contact improvisation, to create a uniquely creative and thorough approach to therapeutic physical training.

The focus of Force and Flow is on coordinating mind, body and breath in order to increase flexibility, tone muscles and organs, develop a strong and supple back, and improve alignment and balance throughout the body. The emphasis on mind-body coordination leads to increased concentration, deep relaxation, and a graceful control of the body that will seep into all areas of your life.

Ophra Wolf
is a professional dancer with eight years teaching experience, whose practice focuses on the coordination of mind and body in order to experience the fullest and most enjoyable potential of the body. Her approach is precise, caring, and attentive to the needs and abilities of each individual client. Ophra has taught and performed internationally, in the United States, Israel, England, Belgium, Holland, Finland and Brazil. She is currently working with NACL Theatre, as a full-time ensemble member, and is also the artistic director of Pursue the Pulse Media Arts Collective.
